Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Many of our items are made to order and may take longer depending on availablity of source materials, or conditions that affect our ability to produce. These conditions might sometimes include severe outdoor weather conditions (especially very cold temperatures) that impact our ability to bend and form metal. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have time constraints, please contact us so we're all on the same page.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping has become less predictable in recent months. Please bear with us as we all try to accomodate rapidly changing performance and costs.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Current free shipping offers can be found on our website.
Local Pick-Up
Skip the shipping fees by picking up at the studio! Visitors are always welcome by appointment, or come during Open Studio hours, or to a show where we are exhibiting (see our Events Calendar here). Please contact us in advance so we are sure to have your item ready for you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sally@CShoreSal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
